What types of products does Inversia provide?

Our product range primarily includes items used in strength training, such as Olympic lifting and functional training.

What warranty coverage is included with Inversia products?

Free 3-year warranty
This warranty applies to new products, provided all instructions outlined in the product user manual are followed.

Free 3-year warranty for used products
Used products are eligible for a 3-year warranty, with the possibility of an 18-month extension if the equipment contains digital elements and an agreement is reached between both parties.

Free 1-year warranty for professional customers
Products sold to professional customers are covered by a free 1-year warranty.

Customized Products
Unless defective, customized products cannot be altered or modified.

Which payment methods are accepted?

During the payment process, you will find a wide range of payment options available.
We accept all major credit and debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and others. Additionally, we also offer convenient payment methods such as PayPal.

SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

When will my order be shipped?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5 to 7 business days after payment confirmation.

For pre-orders: Processing and shipping times vary depending on the product, as pre-orders are made individually. The estimated production and delivery time is specified in the “Production & Delivery” section on each product page. Please note that pre-orders may take significantly longer to ship than standard orders.

After dispatch, the delivery time varies depending on the location and carrier (You can find this information below in the "How long will it take to receive my order?" section).

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping cost is provided during the payment process and depends on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

How long will it take to receive my order?

We collaborate with leading carriers to ensure the highest level of service for our customers.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the chosen carrier, starting from the moment your order is dispatched. Please note that delivery times may also be affected by factors beyond Inversia’s control.

For pre-orders: Because each pre-order is produced individually, delivery times may be longer than standard orders. Inversia is not responsible for delays caused by production, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances. Please check the “Production & Delivery” section on the relevant product page for estimated timelines.

Currently, our shipping service is limited to Portugal (including the mainland, Azores, and Madeira) and Spain (including the mainland and associated islands).

Estimated delivery times (standard orders)

  • Mainland Portugal: 3–5 business days (depending on order size)
  • Azores and Madeira: 5–8 business days
  • Spain: 3–5 business days (5–8 days for islands)

In the event that no one is available to receive the delivery, the courier will leave a notice in your mailbox, send an email to the address associated with your purchase, or contact you by phone to provide details of the nearest pickup point. You may then reschedule delivery or collect the order in person.

Please note:
If a rescheduled delivery is required after the initial delivery attempt, any additional costs incurred will not be covered by Inversia.

How can I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the code that allows you to track its journey.

Important
The delivery of this information depends on how quickly the carrier makes it available and may take up to a maximum of 48 hours before being sent.

VAT, Customs and Import Duties

All orders are shipped from Portugal, and delivery is currently available only to Portugal and Spain.
For these destinations, VAT is included in the listed prices on www.inversia.com, and all customs and import duties are fully covered by Inversia.

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

After receiving your order, carefully check the packaging. If you notice any irregularities, note them on the delivery note provided by the courier and immediately contact us at customerservice@inversia.com.
In the case of receiving a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, proceed with the same procedure mentioned earlier. We will assess the situation and take the necessary measures to resolve it satisfactorily.

EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

How should I proceed if my product arrives damaged or defective?

If the product you receive is defective or does not match your order specifications, please notify us within 15 days of receiving your order. To ensure a valid return, the product must be accompanied by the original invoice, proof of payment, and all original components.

Assessment and Resolution

Once we receive your return, our team will carefully assess the product to determine whether a refund or exchange is appropriate. If the defect or non-conformity is confirmed, we will proceed as follows:

  • Refund: If eligible, your refund will be processed within 10 business days, with confirmation provided by email.
  • Exchange: You may choose to exchange the item for an identical product or select a different one. If the replacement product is of higher value, you will be required to pay the difference.

All refunds are processed via bank transfer, ensuring a secure and transparent transaction.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable law.

Conditions for Returns

Returns are only accepted under the following conditions:

  • Products must not have been used or washed, except where necessary to verify their nature and characteristics.
  • Products must retain their original features and packaging. Packaging opened carefully will not be considered damaged.
  • Products sold as a pair must be returned together.
  • Items must remain in their original condition, with all identification labels intact.

Customized Products

Please note that customized products are non-returnable and non-refundable.

What is the process for requesting an exchange?

To ensure a faster and more efficient process, we recommend initiating a return of the purchased product.

Once your return has been accepted and processed, you can proceed with placing a new order for the desired item.

This approach allows us to resolve your request quickly while ensuring you receive exactly the product you want without unnecessary delays.

Are there any items that cannot be returned or exchanged?

Yes. Certain product categories are non-returnable for health, safety, or customization reasons. These include:

  • Customized or personalized products, including special orders.
  • Perishable goods, such as food, flowers, or plants.
  • Personal care and beauty products.
  • Hazardous materials, including flammable liquids or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards.

What is your cancellation and return policy under the EU 14-day withdrawal period?

If your order is being shipped within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days of receipt, without the need to provide any justification.

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must remain unused, in its original packaging, and with all labels intact.
  • The return must be accompanied by the invoice, proof of payment, and photos of the product.

When can I expect to receive my refund after a return?

Refunds are issued exclusively for items with confirmed manufacturing defects.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will be notified of the outcome:

  • If approved, the refund will be processed via bank transfer within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to finalize the transaction.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval and you have not yet received the funds, please contact us at customerservice@inversia.com for assistance.

PRE-ORDER PRODUCTS

How does a pre-order work?

By placing a pre-order, you secure your order with an initial payment. The remaining balance will be charged automatically when your order is ready for delivery.

Payment Example:
Pay €29.78 now to secure your order, and €24.37 will be charged when your order is ready for delivery.

Can I cancel my pre-order?
  • You may cancel your pre-order within 14 days of purchase for a full refund of the amount paid.
  • After 14 days, pre-orders cannot be canceled or refunded, as production of your order has already begun.

When will my pre-order be shipped?
  • Pre-orders are made individually, so production and shipping times vary by product.
  • Estimated production and delivery times are provided in the “Production & Delivery” section on each product page.
  • Pre-orders may take longer to ship than standard orders. Inversia is not responsible for delays caused by production, shipping, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Delivery Information
  • Pre-orders are shipped to the same locations and follow the same courier procedures as standard orders (Portugal and Spain, including islands).
