Estimated delivery times:

• Mainland Portugal & Spain: 3–5 business days (depending on order size)
  
• Madeira and Azores: 5–8 business days
  
• Spain: 3–5 business days (5-8 days for islands)
  

Please note:

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
  
• Any customs or import fees are the responsibility of the customer.
  
• Delivery is considered complete upon signature at the delivery address.
  
• Inversia is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  

9. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

You have the right to exchange or return products within 14 days of receipt, provided:

• Items are unused, unwashed, and undamaged;
  
• Labels and original packaging are intact;
  
• Products are returned with all accessories included.
  

Returns must be requested through official channels, and the customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the return is due to product defect or error.

Refunds will be processed via banck transfer within 10 business days of receiving and verifying the returned item.
