The Hybrid Sled is built around a powder-coated steel frame with a straightforward, adaptable configuration.

Four removable handles can be positioned according to the movement being performed. Each handle features a knurled surface and hand-placement markings, providing a defined reference for where the hands should be placed. The handles are secured through dedicated openings in the sled frame.

The central plate holder is finished in black powder coating and is designed for standard Olympic plates, allowing resistance to be adjusted according to the session.

For rope-based movements, two dedicated attachment points are integrated into the sled. These allow a rope fitted with a hook to be connected directly to the frame, creating an alternative configuration for sled pulls and other pulling exercises.

The sled can be used on suitable turf and gym flooring for pushing, pulling and conditioning work.
