Product Details

The prone positioning allows users to train the hamstrings across both the hip and knee joints, ensuring complete muscle activation. Angled support pads stabilize the hips and prevent them from rising during the exercise, maintaining proper body alignment and technique. The adjustable range of motion accommodates different flexibility levels and provides a customized workout experience.

Built with thickened Q235 steel tubing (50×100×3mm), the frame provides excellent structural integrity and stability under heavy commercial use. The pin-loaded counterweight system allows precise resistance adjustment, and the high-resilience foam cushions with super fiber leather upholstery ensure lasting comfort and support.
