Product Details

The seated leg extension position allows users to isolate the quadriceps while maintaining stability and comfort. Proper technique includes placing the feet under the trainer pad, gripping the handles, keeping the body balanced, and lifting the pad using controlled leg strength while keeping toes pointed upward. Slowly return to the starting position to maintain tension and protect the knee joint.

Adjustable settings ensure the leg pad aligns correctly with the user’s knees and training intensity, reducing the risk of joint strain or muscle discomfort. This machine is especially suitable for beginners due to its simple, safe, and effective design.

Built from thickened Q235 steel tubing (50×100×3mm), the frame provides long-lasting stability. Cushions are made with high-resilience foam and covered in super fiber leather for comfort, while a three-layer electrostatic coating ensures vibrant color and corrosion resistance.
