Product Details
The Leg Press machine allows users to perform seated leg presses with a full range of motion. Proper positioning - back and sacrum flat against the backrest, feet placed on the resistance plate, and knees at approximately 90 degrees - ensures safe and effective activation of the quadriceps, hamstrings, and glutes.
Controlled execution is critical: exhale while pressing the resistance plate, keeping heels firmly in contact, and avoid locking the knees or lifting the hips. Slowly return to the starting position without compressing the upper thighs against the ribcage. The machine also allows for single-leg variations for balanced strength development.
Built from thickened Q235 steel tubing (50×100×3mm), the frame provides long-term stability and durability. Cushions are made with high-resilience foam and covered in super fiber leather for comfort, while a three-layer electrostatic coating ensures vibrant color and corrosion resistance.
