The Strongman Bags are weighted training bags designed for loaded carries, lifts and strength-based conditioning.

Constructed from nylon fabric with double stitching, the bags are available in three sizes: 45kg, 68kg and 90kg.

Their flexible construction allows the load to shift as the bag is handled, creating a different point of contact from a rigid weight. This makes the bags suitable for movements where lifting, carrying and controlling an unstable load are part of the exercise.

The Strongman Bags are built from nylon fabric with double-stitched construction throughout.

Available in three sizes, each bag maintains a 40cm diameter while the height increases according to the selected weight:

45kg: 40×25cm
68kg: 40×35cm
90kg: 40×45cm

The changing dimensions across the range provide different proportions for each load, while the flexible construction allows the bag to move with the user rather than maintaining the fixed shape of a conventional weight.

The Strongman Bags can be used for loaded carries, cleans, squats, presses, rows and other movements where the load is lifted or controlled away from the body.
