A 10kg barbell defined by its rotation system. The Technical Bar is available in two configurations: one using needle bearings and the other using graphite copper bushings, each combined with bronze bushings.

Both versions feature a 210K PSI alloy steel shaft, Hill knurling and a maximum load of 1,000lb.

The Technical Bar is built around a straightforward 10kg configuration, with the rotation system defining the two available versions.

Its alloy steel shaft features a black chrome finish, Hill knurling and a 20mm flange width. The sleeve diameter is 49.8mm.

10KG (NEEDLE BEARINGS)

Four needle bearings combined with two bronze bushings define the rotation system. The sleeves feature a QPQ finish.

10KG (BUSHINGS)

Four graphite copper bushings combined with two bronze bushings define the rotation system. The sleeves feature a hard chrome finish.

Both configurations have a maximum load of 1,000 lb.

Wipe the shaft and sleeves after use to remove chalk, sweat and moisture.

Use a suitable barbell brush to clean the knurling and remove chalk build-up.

Store the bar in a dry environment on an appropriate barbell rack. Avoid abrasive cleaners and aggressive chemicals, particularly on the chrome finishes.
