The Titan Adjustable Bench is a fully adjustable strength bench built around a Q235 steel frame, with independent backrest and seat adjustment.

The backrest offers nine positions from 0° to 88°, while the seat can be adjusted through three positions from 0° to 30°. A high-density foam pad with durable PU upholstery provides the contact surface, supported by a steel structure designed for a maximum supported load of 500kg, including the user.

The bench measures 144.5cm in length, 63.8cm in width and 42.8cm in height in its flat position.

The Titan Adjustable Bench uses separate backrest and seat adjustment to provide different training positions without changing the position of the bench itself.

The backrest can be set to nine positions: 0°, 15°, 30°, 37.5°, 45°, 52.5°, 60°, 67.5° and 88°. The seat provides three positions: 0°, 15° and 30°.

The backrest measures 94.5×30.5×7cm, while the seat measures 32×31×7cm. Both sections use high-density foam with durable PU upholstery.

The adjustment mechanism is constructed from electroplated steel plate. The frame uses Q235 steel with specified tube thicknesses of 3, 5 and 6mm, finished through sandblasting and spraying.

High-strength rubber feet provide contact with the floor, while integrated transport wheels allow the bench to be repositioned when needed.

In its flat position, the bench stands at 42.8cm. Its maximum specified height is 136cm.

The maximum supported load is 500kg, including the user.

Wipe the upholstery and frame after use to remove sweat, chalk and moisture.

Clean the PU upholstery with a soft, damp cloth and a suitable mild cleaning solution when necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners and aggressive chemicals.

Wipe the steel frame regularly and keep the bench in a dry environment.

Inspect the adjustment mechanism, frame connections and transport wheels periodically to ensure they remain secure and operate correctly.

Avoid dragging the bench across abrasive surfaces. Use the transport wheels when repositioning the bench.
